This Privacy Policy explains how Softbee MyServices collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our Services, in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, company and billing address), payment metadata (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers), and usage data needed to operate the services you subscribe to.

2. How we use your data

To provide and bill the Services, to send transactional emails (renewal reminders, invoices, security notices), and — only if you opt in — to send marketing communications. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings.

3. Legal basis

We process your data under contract (to provide the Services you subscribed to), legal obligation (invoicing/tax records), and consent (marketing communications).

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Services (payment processing, invoicing, email delivery, hosting infrastructure) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law afterwards.

6. Your rights
